New Office Building

Recently, the office in Sinton has changed locations to the old Bell Telephone Company district office building that was built in 1939. The building has undergone a major renovation process to offer a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere. They started with the roof and literally worked their way down to the drains.

Over a period of five months, the building saw improvements in the areas of raised ceilings (back to their original height of 12.5 ft.), original long-leaf pine hardwood flooring, 6 inch base boards crown molding, new stained wood doors and wide window moldings, copper entrance awnings, all new wiring, and landscaping. Other aesthetic touches include stone benches outside that blend in with the landscaping and match the color of the exterior brick.

All in all, the building has turned out even better than planned. Alliance Insurance is proud to offer this new environment to its customers.
